2. Use and maintenance of Vertical LPG Storage tanks

① User of the product, must be in accordance with the state council(NO.549《special equipment safety supervision regulations》/the state administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine《safety technical supervision regulation of stationary pressure vessel》and other relevant regulations,earnestly implement safety technology management, non-use violations, preventing over loading,over-temperature,over-pressure use, ensure product safety,reasonable use.

② Technical director of use unit should be responsible for safety technology management of pressure vessel, who is in charge the safety technology management work, must be possess pressure vessel relevant expertise.

③ Use unit should be seted up process equipment operating procedures and job procedures,job responsibilities, to clear requirements for the safe operation of the pressure vessel.

④ Equipment operator should go through safety education and technical training and examination, safety operation certificate holders can be employed.Use unit should conduct regular professional training and safety education for equipment operator, training and examination is determined by the local safety inspectorates.

⑤ Equipment starts using or re-enabled after maintenance, should be conduct air tightness test on base of design pressure, inspecting equipment and pipe system tightness, and purged with nitrogen before filling LPG, LPG filling only when the oxygen content is not more than 30% after sample analysis.

⑥ Equipment when start-up and shut-down should be slowly raising and lowering pressure and temperature,to control pressure and temperature fluctuation; when using, the minimum pressure of tank must be not less than 0.05MPa,to avoid are into the tank.

⑦ Equipment and safety accessories should be conducted regular inspection as required, and promptly eliminated safety hazards when inspection;safety accessories shall ensure that within its validity and safe running(related repair,replace of shut-off valve keeping open and seals)

⑧ User unit should develop strictly emergency plan for accidents, and doing operation exercises; emergency plan should cover equipment anomalies(pressure/temperature/liquid level reaching the warning values,safety accessories failure)、small leakage,large leakage and explosion of fire and so on.

⑨ The product load coefficient according to the drawing requirements, filling excess prohibited;staff under pressure with medium maintenance prohibited.
